Terms of Service
Agreement Scope Initialized: January 26, 2026
1. Engagement Mandate
By deploying the WorkIntel suite, your enterprise agrees to these terms. WorkIntel is provided as a SaaS (Software as a Service) solution for the sole purpose of internal productivity management and operational intelligence.
2. Authorized Utilization
Users are prohibited from attempting to bypass the tracking engine, reverse-engineering the desktop client, or utilizing the platform for any activity outside authorized work boundaries. Unauthorized access to other tenant environments will result in immediate termination of service.
SaaS Limitations
WorkIntel provides metrics based on active digital interaction. Accuracy is dependent on the local device environment. WorkIntel is not liable for operational downtime or data loss resulting from local hardware failures or third-party interference.
3. Subscription Cycles
Billing is processed on a recurring monthly or annual basis. Failure to maintain an active subscription will result in the suspension of the synchronization engine and loss of access to the enterprise dashboard.
4. Resolution of Conflicts
Any operational disputes related to tracked hours or efficiency logs must be resolved internally between the enterprise administrator and the employee using the provided audit logs.
